At the outset, learned Counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that none of the family members of the petitioner have taken any benefit of Project Affected Person Certificate. His statement is accepted and recorded as an undertaking to the Court. 2. Without going into the merits and demerits of the case and since the prayer is for direction to the respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment as project affected candidate, we direct that the present petition be treated as a representation and same shall be decided by respondent No.2 in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the production of this order.
