In this writ application, a prayer has been made for a direction upon the concerned respondents to conduct a fair, impartial and independent investigation in Mahila Thana Bundu P. S. Case No. 15 of 2025. It is the grievance of the petitioner that since the accused himself is a police officer, the informant in Mahila Thana Bundu P. S. Case No. 15 of 2025 is being harassed. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a representation has been submitted before the concerned authorities, but the same has not been acted upon. In view of the prayer made in this writ application and the fact that a representation has already been submitted, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ranchi regarding her grievance and if such representation is filed within two weeks from today, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ranchi is directed to act upon the same and ensure that a fair, impartial and just investigation is carried out in connection with Mahila Thana Bundu P.
