This Criminal Writ Petition has been filed seeking quashing of the F.I.R. dated 22.12.2021, registered as F.I.R. No. 344 of 2021, for the offences punishable under Sections 411, 413, 414, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120 B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 41/102 Cr.P.C., at Police Station Nanakmatta, District Udham Singh Nagar, with a further prayer not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to the aforesaid F.I.R. 3. On the previous occasion, this Court had directed the learned State Counsel to obtain instructions in the matter. 4. Today, learned Additional Advocate General has placed before the Court the instructions received from the Investigating Agency, which are taken on record. On the basis of the said instructions, she submits that upon completion of the investigation, no role of the petitioner has been found in the alleged incident. Consequently, a final UKHC010006062022 2026:UHC:5133 report has been submitted before the competent Court. She, therefore, submits that the present writ petition has become infructuous. 5. Having considered the submissions advanced by the learned State Counsel and the instructions placed on record by the State, it is evident that the petitioner has not been charge-sheeted and no incriminating material has been found against him during the course of investigation. A final report has already been filed before the competent Court. 6. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the present Criminal Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
