The petitioner had given representations on 24.04.2023 and 16.07.2024 to the respondents for the said purpose. Since the said representations were not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, submits that the competent authority, who has got https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 10491 of 2026 power to remove the names of the individuals, disclosed in the patta, is the Revenue Divisional Officer, Krishnagiri Division, Krishnagiri District. 4.Since the petitioner has not arrayed the Revenue Divisional Officer, Krishnagiri Division, Krishnagiri District as a party respondent in this writ petition, this Court, by exercising its suo motu powers, impleads the Revenue Divisional Officer, Krishnagiri Division, Krishnagiri District as the second respondent in this writ petition. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment. 5.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner’s representations, as stated supra, are considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all the necessary parties, which include the parties, whose names are reflected in the patta for the property, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. 6.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representations. 7.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner’s representations dated 24.04.2023 and 16.07.2024 seeking for https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 10491 of 2026 removal of the names of the private inidividuals, which include Mrs.Poongavanam from the patta issued for the subject property, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the necessary parties, which include Mrs.Poongavanam and other private individuals, whose names have been disclosed in the patta for the subject property, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
