Topno, Advocate ---- 2/24.042026 This petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.08.2025 passed in ABA No.4842 of 2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been able to surrender within the stipulated period as he was suffering from fever and liver enlargement and to buttress his such argument, he refers to Annexure-2. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent State submits that anticipatory bail was already provided to the petitioner and in spite of that, the petitioner has not surrendered within the stipulated time. 4. Annexure-2 is the document of Life Line Hospital which prima-facie suggest that the petitioner was having some ailment, and in view of that, two weeks further time from today, is, hereby, extended to surrender. 5. Accordingly, the order dated 27.08.2025 passed in ABA No.4842 of 2025 is, hereby, modified to the above extent. 6. Rest of the order is kept intact. 7. This petition is disposed of.
