ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 2 26-02-2026 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the Counsels. 2. Having regard to the fact that the appeal bearing No. Supply Appeal No. 190 of 2017-18 filed by the petitioner is pending before the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur and it is the grievance of the petitioner that though the appeal was filed way back in the year, 2017, the same has not been disposed of till date. 3. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur i.e. Patna High Court CWJC No.816 of 2026(2) dt.26-02-2026 2/2 Respondent No. 2 herein to dispose of the appeal bearing Supply Appeal No. 190 of 2017-18 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 8 weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. 4. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party. In case, the appeal has already been disposed of, the copy of the order shall be communicated to the petitioner at the earliest. 5.
