Pursuant to the direction of 24.03.2026, Mr. Vaisya, learned Advocate, appearing for the State has filed a report, which is taken on record. 2. It appears from the report that the enquiry report disclosed by the petitioner has several typographical errors, including the dates mentioned therein. 3. The charges against the allegedly errant petitioner appear to be manifold and have been made by students of class five to ten. 4. The petitioner is without subsistence allowance and is aggrieved thereby. Since the show-cause notice has already been responded to by the petitioner, Ms. Bhattacharya, learned Advocate for the Board submits that charge-sheet is likely to be filed within a period of seven days. 5. The petitioner is at liberty to defend himself, relying on all appropriate documents as well as documents that may be relied upon by the complainant. P a g e | 2 6. The Respondent No. 5 will release the subsistence allowance of the petitioner, including arrears thereof, by 15.04.2026. 7. It is expected that the entire process of enquiry and the disciplinary proceedings, if initiated after the enquiry report is received, will be completed within the stipulated timeline as enshrined in the relevant notification. 8. The issue decided in the order dated 11.01.2018, will also be considered by the school authorities and disposed of in accordance with law, by 30.04.2026. 9. With these directions, WPA/1925/2026 is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. (Reetobroto Kumar Mitra, J.)
