(Oral) Respondent State has filed status report and L/ASI Kamlesh, WPS Baddi, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh, has come present with record. 2. Perusal of status report reveals that trial stands concluded and now matter has been listed for pronouncement of judgment on 18.4.2026. Having taken note of aforesaid development coupled with the fact that petitioner is accused of heinous crime punishable under Sections 376 and 506 of IPC, this Court is not inclined to accept the prayer for grant of bail at this stage. 2 3. Faced with aforesaid situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh, if required and desired.
