JUSTICE MICHAEL ZOTHANKHUMA ORDER 05.06.2026 Heard Mr. Jatin Sehgal, learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that he would like to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file the same afresh in the Principal Seat of the Gauhati High Court, in view of the fact the attachment order has been issued by the Enforcement Directorate, having its office at Guwahati and the properties that have been provisionally attached under Section 5(1) of the PMLA Act are at Guwahati.
