But due to medical problems, the petitioner could not respond to the said demand letter and, as such, prays for a fresh demand letter. 3. On hearing the learned counsels for the parties, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 4 shall make all endeavour to dispose of the representation of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within sixty days from the date of this order. 4.
