The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent no. 4 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner before him on 09.02.2026. 2. It is submitted that a demand letter was issued in favour of the petitioner herein on 07.03.2025 by the respondent no. 4. But due to medical problems, the petitioner could not respond to the said demand letter and, as such, prays for a fresh demand letter. 3. On hearing the learned counsels for the parties, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 4 shall make all endeavour to dispose of the representation of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within sixty days from the date of this order. 4. Let it be noted that this Court has not gone into the merits of the issue in the present case. 5. Writ application stands disposed of. 6. Connected application, if any, stands disposed of. 7.
