Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset submits that the claim of arrears of salary for the period 01.01.1989 till 31.03.2011, which is the first prayer in this writ petition, has already been redressed, as the arrears have already been paid. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the next prayer of the petitioner is in respect of grant of MACP to the petitioner and thereafter revise the retiral benefit and pension also. He submits that in the entire career, she was not granted any regular promotion. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that if the petitioner files a representation, before respondent No.2- The Director (Secondary Education), School Education and Literacy Department, her case can be considered and an appropriate order will be passed, if the 2026:JHHC:6304 2 petitioner is found entitled too, then the consequential benefits will also be paid. 5. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to file a representation within four weeks before respondent No.2- The Director (Secondary Education), School Education and Literacy Department. On receipt of the said representation, the case of the petitioner will be considered within six weeks and if it is necessary to place the case before any committee or any authority, the same should be placed during the said period. 6. If it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any benefits, the same will be granted within four weeks thereafter. 7. If any part of the claim of the petitioner is rejected, the reasons should be communicated to the petitioner within the aforesaid period. 8.
