Learned High Court Government Pleader takes notice for all the respondents, 2. Although, it is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are aggrieved by a notification issued by the Deputy Commissioner under Section 38A of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, nevertheless, a copy of the notification is not produced. 3. At this juncture, learned counsel for petitioners submits that the process has been commenced to issue notification and mahazar has been drawn although objections have been filed by the petitioners. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:20051 WP No. 11104 of 2026 4. If that is the contention of the petitioners, then the Deputy Commissioner will have to consider the objections filed by the petitioners. 5. The Deputy Commissioner shall also take note of the decisions of this Court in the matter of issuance of notification under Section 38A of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, that such notification cannot be issued if the name of the person is found in the RTC. The Deputy Commissioner shall take note of the decision in W.P.No.5034/2026 dated 18.02.2026. 6. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. 7.
