This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for quashing the Reference No.6039 dated 21.11.2009, whereby the application for No Objection Certificate filed on behalf of the petitioner, has been revoked. 3. This matter was listed before the co-ordinate Bench on 13.01.2026 and on that date, nobody appeared and identical is the situation today.
