Mr. Sanjay Kumar Chandel, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 01.12.2025 passed in WPMS No. 3321 of 2025. By the said order, District Magistrate, Udham Singh Nagar was directed to take decision on petitioner’s representation within three months. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant concedes that charge of Office of Pradhan has been handed over to the applicant; he, however, submits that enquiry, regarding misplaced documents, has not been held. 4. Since the order of this Court passed on 01.12.2025 refers to only one grievance of the petitioner, namely, that she was not being given charge of Office of Pradhan, therefore, the other grievance now raised by the applicant cannot be taken note for issuing proceedings under Contempt of Court Act. 5. Since decision on applicant’s UKHC010109352026 2026:UHC:5145 representation has been taken and she has been handed over charge of Pradhan, therefore, the contempt petition is dismissed.
