Learned counsel for the applicant concedes that charge of Office of Pradhan has been handed over to the applicant; he, however, submits that enquiry, regarding misplaced documents, has not been held. 4. Since the order of this Court passed on 01.12.2025 refers to only one grievance of the petitioner, namely, that she was not being given charge of Office of Pradhan, therefore, the other grievance now raised by the applicant cannot be taken note for issuing proceedings under Contempt of Court Act. 5.
