No. 81, MA&WS (M.E.1) Department, dated 19.07.2021. It is further stated that the petitioners joined duty on the forenoon (F.N.) of 26.07.2021, as directed. 3.Since the petitioners, upon being transferred, have joined duty at their new place of posting, this Court is of the view that the cause of action in the present writ petitions does not survive for further consideration. 4.Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are closed as infructuous. No costs.
