ITI Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar. In paragraph no. 4 of the said affidavit, it is mentioned that vehicle in question was released and custody thereof was handed over to the petitioner, vide Supurdagi Nama dated UKHC010061902018 2026:UHC:5144 01.08.2018. Copy of Supurdagi Nama is enclosed as Annexure-1 to the Short Counter Affidavit. 5. After release of the vehicle, relief as claimed in the writ petition, do not survive. 6. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
