On instructions, he submits that on petitioner’s application, 25.6.2026 was fixed for demarcation of the land, however, on the said date, petitioner did not appear, therefore next date fixed for demarcation was 29.6.2026. Learned State Counsel submits that demarcation shall be made on any other date convenient to the petitioner. (4) Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to the concerned authority to inform the petitioner about the date fixed for demarcation of the land. Petitioner shall present himself on the site on the date fixed and the proceedings of demarcation of land shall thereafter be concluded, as per law.
