The present application under Section 529 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to issue a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Jaunpur to decide the Case No. 25 of 2022, under Sections 12 of Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, Police Station Madiyahu, District Jaunpur within stipulated period. Considering the fact that the case has remained pending since 2022, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
