JUSTICE PRAVEER BHATNAGAR Order 20/05/2026 1. The instant bail applications have been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-petitioners. The accused- petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No. 244/2026 registered at Police Station Kotwali District Alwar for the offences under Sections 318(4) and 112(2) of BNS and Section 3/4 of R.P.G.O. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-petitioners submits that the accused-petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is [2026:RJ-JP:21357] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-7789/2026] contended that prima facie offence under Section 112(2) of BNS is not made out against the petitioner and maximum punishment under Section 3/4 of RPGO is imprisonment which may extend to six months or with fine which may extend to Rs. 500 or both. The accused-petitioners are in custody since 08.05.2026 and the trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, the bail applications of the accused-petitioners may be allowed. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. 4. Heard and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the parties and looking to the fact that accused-petitioners are in custody since 08.05.2026 and the trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore without commenting anything on the merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioners on bail. 6. Accordingly, the bail applications under Section 483 BNSS are allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioners 1 Vineet Goyal Son Of Shri Govind Gupta, 2. Sachin Sharma S/o Shri Sarwan Kumar Sharma, in connection with FIR No.244/2026 registered at Police Station Kotwali District Alwar shall be enlarged on bail provided they furnish personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for their appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
