Accordingly, so far as this writ application is concerned, it has become infructuous as the petitioner has filed a subsequent writ application being W.P.(S) No.1936 of 2025 challenging the final gradation list. 4. As a result, the instant writ application stands dismissed as infructuous. However, for the purpose of referring some documents, which is not part and parcel of the connected writ, let the record of this case be kept along with W.P.(S) No.1936 of 2025. 5.
