P.P. …...... 02/ 16.03.2026: This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as petitioner is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 303(2), 317(3), 317(4), 317(5) and 3(5) of BNS. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned AddI. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. This is a case of theft of motorcycle. The F.I.R. is against unknown. 5. It is alleged that on pointing of the petitioner two motorcycles were recovered. 6. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad, in connection with Topchanchi P.S. Case No.33 of 2025, subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner, having sufficient landed property in his own name within the State of Jharkhand with a further condition that the petitioner shall appear and mark his attendance before the Registrar, Civil Court, Dhanbad once in a month till the disposal of the trial.
