The application made by the petitioner seeking transfer was rejected by the school authority on August 28, 2021. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application of the petitioner was thereafter forwarded by the school to the District Inspector of Schools and that the same is pending consideration. 3. From the documents annexed to the writ petition there is nothing on record to show that the documents of the petitioner was forwarded by the school to the DI of Schools. 4. In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with the observation that it will be open for the petitioner to make fresh application offline seeking transfer in the prescribed format. 5. On receipt of such application from the petitioner, the head of the institution shall consider the same in accordance with law at the earliest. 6. If the prayer of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the authority. 7. Suspension of the Utsashree portal will not stand in the way of the respondents from considering the application made by the petitioner. 8. All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 9.
