(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 6.1.2026, issued under the signature of Regional Manager, Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Local Unit-II, Dhalli, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Deepak Sharma, Advocate, appearing for the respondent-Corporation states that in terms of mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed, sums of Rs. 15,06,960 as well as Rs. 10,04,640/- on account of DCRG and leave encashment stands paid to the petitioner vide cheques No. 047508 and 048227 dated 24.10.2025 and 6.1.2026. He states that interest on delayed payment shall also be paid expeditiously. 2 2. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and as such, present petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to ensure that interest on delay payment is released to the petitioner expeditiously, preferably, within six weeks, failing which petitioner would be at liberty to get the present petition revived so that appropriate action is taken against the erring officials in accordance with law.
