2. This is an application filed under Order 22 Rule 4 of the CPC, for substitution of
Page No.# 3/3 the legal heirs of the deceased writ petitioner.
3. It is stated in the petition that the erstwhile writ petitioner, i.e., the father of the applicants died on 05.04.2026, leaving behind three legal heirs. Applicant No. 1 is the wife of the deceased writ petitioner and the applicant No. 2 is the daughter of the deceased writ petitioner and the applicant No. 3 is the son of the deceased writ petitioner. The matter relates to pensionary benefits to be given to the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner.
4. The said substitution is allowed.
5. The petitioner is directed to amend the cause title of the writ petition, by filing necessary application.
6. Interlocutory Application is disposed of.
