The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 639/2026 pending on the file of learned SDJM, Bhadrak, arising out of Tihidi P.S. Case No. 65 of 2026 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 111(3) of the BNS, 2023 & r/w Section 52(a) of Orissa Excise Act 2008. 3. Taking note of the same, this Court is not inclined to grant the exceptional remedy of pre-arrest bail to the Petitioners. However, in the event the Petitioners surrender before the learned Court in seisin in the aforesaid case and move an application for their release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit. 5.
