Munda, Advocate ---- 2/24.04.2026 This petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 16.02.2026 passed in ABA No.854 of 2026. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the wife of petitioner no.2 was having nine months pregnancy and in view of that he has not been able to surrender within stipulated time and he further submits that the petitioner no.3 was appearing in Under Graduate Semester-V Examination and in view of that he has also not been able to surrender within stipulated time and in view of that he submits that further time for surrender may kindly be extended. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent State submits that anticipatory bail was already provided to the petitioner nos.2 and 3 and in spite of that, the petitioners have not surrendered within the stipulated time. 4. Annexure-2 is the document which suggest that the wife of petitioner no.2 (in ABA No.854 of 2026) was having nine months pregnancy and in view of that he has not been able to surrender within stipulated time and the petitioner no.3 was appearing in Under Graduate Semester-V Examination, and in that view of the matter, two weeks further time is hereby extended to surrender before the learned court. 5. The order dated 16.02.2026 passed in ABA No.854 of 2026 is, hereby, modified to the above extent. 6. Rest of the order is kept intact. 7. This petition is disposed of. ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.)
