After hearing the learned advocate for the petitioner and Mr. De, learned Additional Government Pleader, the application for substitution stands allowed. The heirs of the deceased petitioner as specifically stated in paragraph 4 of the writ petition be substituted in place and stead of the deceased petitioner. Let the cause title of the writ petition be amended by the Department accordingly. Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2024 stands allowed. In Re:- WPA 7680 of 2023 The writ petition is taken up for immediate consideration. The petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondent authorities to supply the copy of the enquiry 2 report to the petitioner which was done on September 21, 2022 in respect of the plot in question. Mr. De, learned Additional Government Pleader supplies the copy of the enquiry report to the learned advocate for the petitioner in course of hearing of this writ petition. In view thereof, nothing survives to be decided in this writ petition. Accordingly the same stands disposed of. It will be open to the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law, if the petitioner is aggrieved by such enquiry report. There will be no order as to costs.
