Justice Sunitha Gandham) Assailing the order and decree dated 25.03.2024 made in F.C.O.P. No.55 of 2021 by the learned Judge, Family Court-cum- VIII Additional District Judge, Prakasam at Ongole allowing the petition filed by the respondent herein by dissolving his marriage dated 26.03.1982 with the appellant, this instant appeal is preferred. 2. During the course of arguments, both parties filed joint memo stating that the respondent/husband is suffering from old age ailments, he is almost bedridden and that the appellant is taking care of the respondent by attending his needs and as such, both parties decided to continue their marital relationship and further, there are no other disputes between them. 3. Appellant and respondent personally appeared on 06.08.2026. Heard both parties and their counsel. Though the trial Court granted divorce by dissolving the marriage between the petitioner and respondent, in view of the health condition of the respondent/husband, both parties have been living together and have been continuing their marital tie and requested to allow the appeal by setting aside the judgment dated 25.03.2024 made in 3 F.C.O.P. No.55 of 2021 by the Judge, Family Court-cum-VIII Additional District Judge, Prakasam at Ongole. 4. Recorded the said submissions and averments of joint memo. After dissolving their marriage, both parties have been living together and have been continuing their matrimonial tie, to put an end to the litigation. 5. In the result, this Family Court Appeal is allowed by setting aside the judgment dated 25.03.2024 made in F.C.O.P. No.55 of 2021 by the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-VIII Additional District Judge, Prakasam at Ongole. There are no order as to costs.
