Heard Mr. R.S.Malngiang, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Issue notice. 3. Mr. H.L.Shangreiso, learned Sr. counsel assisted by Mr. T.Dkhar, learned counsel is present on behalf of the respondents No. 1-3, as such, no further notice is required on these respondents. 4. No notice to the respondent No. 4 presently. 5. The grievance of the writ petitioner as projected is with the cancellation and termination of his post as Acting Sordar of Majai, which he submits, is without an opportunity of hearing. 6. It is submitted by Mr. R.S.Malngiang, learned counsel for the petitioner that though a Political Appeal against the order of the respondent No. 4 removing him from office has been presented before the respondents No. 1-3, no interim orders were passed and the appeal is still pending consideration. He therefore prays that as he had not been given any opportunity to be heard, interim orders be issued. 2026:MLHC:1015 3 7. Mr. H.L.Shangreiso, learned Sr. counsel for the respondents No. 1-3, submits that the Political Appeal is still pending consideration before the respondent No. 2, and in fact, the matter is fixed on 29-09-2026 wherein the petitioner will get liberty to place his entire case. 8. On hearing the learned counsel for the parties and on examination of the materials on record, as it appears that the matter is pending consideration, the writ petition is premature and is disposed of, however, by directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to place all his grievances on the next date the Political Appeal is heard. 9.
