1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the State. 2. The applicant, who is in custody since 20.11.2025, has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Katkamdag P.S. Case No.102 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 109/ 115(2)/ 117(2)/ 126(2)/ 137(2)/ 189(2)/ 303(2)/ 308(5)/ 351(2)/ 352 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that complete set of F.I.R along with its enclosures have been annexed with the present bail application and there is no suppression on his/ her part. Innocence of the applicant has been claimed and undertaking has been given for participation in the trial. It has been submitted that except threatening, no injury has been caused. It has further been submitted that the co-accused has already been granted anticipatory bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.10.2025, passed in A.B.A No.6047 of 2025. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been made. 4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. 5. Considering the fact that no injury has been caused, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail.
Accordingly, the applicant is directed to be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like - 1 - B.A. No.493 of 2026
2026:JHHC:5515 amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st Class, Hazaribagh, in connection with Katkamdag P.S. Case No.102 of 2025, on the condition that one of the bailors will be the father of this applicant and this applicant will report once in a month before the concerned police station, till the conclusion of trial and the applicant will also submit self attested photocopy of his Aadhaar Card and his mobile number before the learned trial court which he will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
