(Oral) Precisely, the grouse of the petitioner, as has been highlighted in the petition and further canvassed by learned counsel for the petitioner is that though in terms of judgment dated 29.11.2024 passed in CWP No. 1638 of 2024 titled Mohit Sharma & Anr. Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors., petitioner herein has been granted higher pay, but till date consequential benefits have not been released. 2. Having regard to the nature of order proposed to be passed, this court sees no necessity to call for reply from the respondents, who are otherwise duly represented by Mr. Ravi Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General. Mr. Chauhan, fairly states that consequential benefits, if any, in terms of Mohit Sharma (supra), if not already released, shall be released expeditiously. - 2 - 3. Consequently, in view of the fair stand adopted by learned Deputy Advocate General, this court without going into the merits of the case, deems it fit to dispose of the present petition with a direction to the respondents to ensure that consequential benefits, if any, in terms of afore judgment, if not already released, shall be released in favour of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably, within three months.
