The present misc. application has been filed by the applicant- AVVNL seeking clarification in the order dated 10.03.2026 passed by this Court in D.B S.A.W No.205/2026. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of the observations made by this Court in Para No.8 of the impugned order, a clarification has been prayed for in the manner that as to whether the result of the entire DPC in question is required to be kept in sealed cover, or only the result pertaining to the candidate in question i.e. appellant is to be kept in sealed cover. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 4. This Court finds that although in Para No.8 itself, it is specifically mentioned that the result of the DPC shall be kept in a sealed cover, which clearly implies that only the result of the candidate in question i.e. appellant is to be kept in sealed cover, however, in the interest of justice, the present misc. application is disposed of with a clarification that the DPC in question shall be conducted, but the result of the candidate in question i.e. appellant alone shall be kept in sealed cover.
