1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ
2 / 2 in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to re-fix the petitioner's seniority in the gradation list from his initial date of joining i.e. 12.01.2009, and to place his at the appropriate position accordingly, considering his continuous service. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to grant all consequential benefits, including
consideration for promotion, fixation of pay and seniority-based benefits, arising out of correction of the petitioner's seniority. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deems fit and appropriate.”

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner may be permitted to to submit representation before Respondent No. 5- Block Education Officer and direction be issued to the concerned authority to take decision on representation of petitioner at the earliest within specified time frame.

Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection.

On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, without commenting any thing on the merits of the case, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage permitting the petitioner to submit representation before Respondent No. 5/ Block Education Officer raising his grievance and in the event petitioner submits such a representation, Respondent No. 5 shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 04 months from the date of receipt of the order passed by this Court.
5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is
