For the State : A.C. to S.C-VII ------ 02/23.04.2026 Heard Mr. Din Dayal Saha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to S.C-VII. In this writ application the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondents for registration of an F.I.R against the accused persons in the light of the representations submitted by the petitioner. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no encroachment on the part of the petitioner but despite the same the Circle Officer has demanded a bribe amount from the petitioner. Learned A.C. to S.C-VII has stated that for the purposes of measurement, notice was already issued to both the parties. It appears that most of the documents which have been highlighted by the learned counsel for the respective parties are related to the year 2017-18. It further appears that in 2026 the representations have been submitted by the petitioner against the demand made by the Circle Officer and that no encroachment has been made by the petitioner upon the land of the other aggrieved persons. In view of the fact that the dispute primarily appears to be related to the land and particularly with respect to the boundary wall for 2 which steps were taken way back in the year 2017 and 2018, this writ application is, disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Deputy Commissioner, Pakur for redressal of his grievances as enumerated in this writ application, particularly with respect to the dispute regarding encroachment and if such representation is preferred within a period of three weeks from today, the Deputy Commissioner, Pakur shall act upon the same expeditiously.
