The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- 2 “10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent concerned to examine the case of the petitioner and grant benefits of second and third time bound pay scale to the petitioner in light of the circular issued by the State Government from time to time and granted similar benefit to similar employee (Patwari) within a reasonable time, as this Court deems fit. 10.2 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition at this stage with liberty to file better constituted petition. 3.
