The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bhandariya P.S. Case No.05 of 2019 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 470 and 471 of Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Garhwa. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and it has been alleged that some person has joined the government job in the name of Sunny Kumar by way of forging the documents. On this ground, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that in the order of learned Sessions Judge it has been observed that in paragraph No.180 of the case diary different 2026:JHHC:12460 --2-- A.B.A. No. 1848 of 2026 address of Tamil Nadu and East Singhbhum for the same aadhar number has been stated and this aadhar number relates to the present petitioner. 5. Considering that in the aadhar number of this petitioner address of two places have been shown and the allegations are there that no person by name of Sunny Kumar was posted at Jamshedpur and some person by forging the documents has joined by name of Sunny Kumar as Clerk. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
