Counsel for respondents No.1 and 2-Bank has placed on record the cancellation of charge/mutation against the loan in question and thus deleted the lien of the Bank in the property, which would be clear from the letter dated 26.02.2026 addressed to the Tehsildar, Nalagarh, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2. Keeping in view the above, counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to press the present writ petition as the same has been rendered infructuous. 3. However, since the petitioner had deposited a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- at the initial stage with this Court to show his bona fides and which was kept in the fixed deposit receipt as per directions dated 02.12.2025, the said amount be refunded to the petitioner through the counsel alongwith the interest by way of a demand draft in the name of the petitioner and to be handed over to the counsel for the petitioner after deducting the necessary charges. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off as having been rendered infructuous, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s) if any. (G.S.
