This is the bail application U/S.483 of the BNSS by the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Phiringia PS Case No. 124 of 2022 corresponding to ST Case No.15 of 2023 pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Phulbani for commission of offences punishable U/Ss.341/294/324/452/307/506/34 of IPC r/w Sections 25(1-A)/27 of the Arms Act, on the main allegation of attempting to the life of PW5 and 6 by firing at them. 3. Heard, Mr. Sitikanta Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P. Satpathy, learned Additional Public Prosecutor in the matter and perused the record together with the copy of deposition of PW1 to PW18. 4. After having considered the rival submissions and on going through the evidence of the witnesses so far examined, more particularly that of PW5 & 6 keeping in view the allegation leveled against the Petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner at this stage, when the trial is at its fag end. Hence, the bail application of the petitioner stand rejected. It is, however, open to the Petitioner to renew his prayer for bail, if the trial is not concluded within six months hence. 5.
