Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2024 and till date out of 25 witnesses 5 witnesses have been examined. Learned advocate appearing for the State has produced the Case Diary. I have taken into account the charge-sheet where out of 21 witnesses, 9 independent witnesses are there whose evidence may be vital for the prosecution. State is granted four months time to complete rest of the four witnesses. At this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court after the aforesaid four independent witnesses are over. 2 Accordingly, CRM (M) 384 of 2026 is dismissed. State is directed to communicate this order to the learned trial Court. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
