However, they were transferred as Staff Nurse and subsequently, the petitioners joined as Staff Nurses on 11.02.2026 with a protest. Hence, the present impugned order may have become infructuous. However, this Court may issue a direction to the 11th respondent to disburse the eligible salary to the petitioners within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. . 2.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
