According to petitioner, he has made a representation on 07.01.2026 to District Magistrate/Collector, Haridwar, but no decision has been taken thereupon. Petitioner has sought a direction to the Collector, Haridwar to take decision on the aforesaid representation. 4. Learned State Counsel submits that from the representation it appears that petitioner has encroached upon Government land, and he now wants Bhumidhari rights over the said land. He, however, submits that if decision has not been taken on the representation, the same shall be taken as early as possible. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with by directing District Magistrate/Collector, Haridwar to take UKHC010041942026 2026:UHC:5131 decision on petitioner’s representation dated 07.01.2026, one way or the other, as per law, within six months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
