JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 01-05-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 210 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, two persons were killed by another group over rivalry for control of sand ghats. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 13.01.2026. 5. The petitioner is not named in the FIR but during investigation, the name of the petitioner has come in the self-inculpatory statement of the co-accused. 6. Considering the fact that this is a case of double Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24284 of 2026(2) dt.01-05-2026 2/2 murder for control over sand ghats, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. 8. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
