The applicant, namely, Nabajyoti Lahon has filed this application to correct some typographical error in the connected Criminal Petition No.429/2026. No objection has been raised from the respondent’s side. Thereby, the application for correction of the typographical error is allowed and where it has been typed as “under Section 68/89 BNS”, 2023, the same shall be typed and corrected as “under Section 69/89 BNS, 2023”.
