The petitioner had submitted her online application dated 30.07.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2. Mr.R.Venkatesa Perumal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice on behalf of the third respondent. 4.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s application. 5.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if they are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner’s property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom respondents 1 and 2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 7834 of 2026 deem it fit to enquire. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, respondents 1 and 2 are directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners and also to any other party, whom they deem it fit to put on notice. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, respondents 1 and 2 shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (c) If the need arises for police assistance and on a request being made by the respondents 1 and 2, the third respondent shall render police assistance for the effective implementation of this order.
