In this writ application, a prayer has been made for a direction upon the concerned respondents to arrest the accused persons with respect to Birni P. S. Case No. 152 of 2025. Mr. Aditya Raman, learned AC to G.A. III at the outset has submitted that one of the accused has already been apprehended and so far as the rest accused persons are concerned, efforts are being made to apprehend the same. Regard being had to the fact that the investigating officer is taking steps to apprehend the accused persons, I am not inclined to entertain this writ application which accordingly stands disposed of.
