Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State. Perused the writ application as well as the documents annexed thereto. 3. By filing the present writ application the Petitioner has made the following prayer: “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue notice to the opp. Parties calling upon them to file show cause as to why:- i) A direction shall not be issued to release Train Graduate Scale in his favour w.e.f 24.12.13 i.e. the date of passing M.A. in Hindi taking into consideration Govt. resolution dated 16.11.2020 and order dated 1.3.2025 along with all arrears; ii) And after hearing the parties be pleased to direct Page 2 of 4. the opp. Parties to release T.G. Scale in favour of the petitioner w.e.f. 24.12.13 along with all arrears; within a date to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. And pass any other order/orders, direction/directions as deemed fit and proper And for which act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound, ever pray.” 4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner at the outset contended that the present Petitioner who is working as a Trained Hindi Teacher approached the Opposite Party no.3 by filing a representation for grant of the T.G. scale of pay as due and admissible to him. In the aforesaid context, learned counsel for the Petitioner drawing attention of this Court to the office order dated 29th October, 2025 at Annexure-11 submitted that pursuant to order passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) No.13536 of 2025 dated 16.5.2025, the government has extended the T.G. scale of pay in respect of Sri Ramakants Sahoo, Hindi Teacher of Government High School, Sadangi. Since the Petitioner stands in similar footing with the above named Ramakanta Sahoo. Learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that the Petitioner is also entitled to the T.G. scale of pay, however the Opposite Party No.3 has not taken any action to extend such scale of pay of the Petitioner. Being aggrieved by such inaction of the Opposite Party No.3, the Petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ application. 5. Learned counsel for the State on the other hand contended that he does not have any instruction in the matter however, on a careful examination of the documents annexed Page 3 of 4. to the present writ application and further taking into consideration the fact that the Petitioner has already approached the Opposite Party No.3 by filing a representation dated 06.10.2025 at Annexure-10, it was contended that in the event if the said representation is still pending, he will have no objection in the event if this Court directs the Opposite Party No.3 to consider and dispose of the writ application strictly in accordance with law and within a stipulated period of time. 6. Having regard to the learned counsels appearing for the respective parties, on a careful examination of the materials on record, further taking into consideration, the nature of grievance involved in the present writ application, this Court deems it proper to dispose of the present writ application at the stage of admission by directing the Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 06.10.2025 at Annexure-10, if the same has not been considered and disposed of in the meantime, strictly in accordance with law and dispose of the same by passing a speaking and reasoned order within a period of eight weeks’ from the date of communication of a copy of today’s order. While considering the representation, the Opposite Party No.3 shall also taking into consideration the order at Annexure-11 dated 29.10.2025. The final decision so taken be communicated to the Petitioner within ten days thereafter. Page 4 of 4. 7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Application stands disposed of. ( A.K.
