JUSTICE PRAMIL KUMAR MATHUR Order 06/05/2026 1. The petitioners have preferred this bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.350/2025 registered at Police Station Neemrana, District Kotputli-Behror for offences under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 189(2), 351(3), 333 and 303(2) of BNS, 2023. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Public Prosecutor and counsel for the complainant and perused the material available on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Though there are allegations against the present petitioner regarding inflicting [2026:RJ-JP:19208] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-7036/2026] injuries upon Ramswaroop and his wife Sumitra but the injury to the right leg of the injured Ramswaroop has been specifically attributed to co-accused Hansraj, Vinod, and Pawan. It was further submitted that, during the course of investigation, a specific allegation was made against the present petitioner of having caused injuries to the left leg of Ramswaroop as well as to his wife Sumitra. It is also submitted that co-accused Sonu Yadav @ Mota has already been enlarged on bail by this Hon’ble Court vide order dated 09.10.2025. The petitioners have been in judicial custody since 17.12.2025 and has no criminal antecedents. The trial of the case will take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioners in further custody, consequently on the ground of the parity, the bail application deserves to be allowed. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor and counsel for the complainant have vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that the injury caused to the right leg of the injured, Ramswaroop, is grievous in nature. It is further submitted that the said injury has been duly supported by the medical evidence and the statement of the complainant’s wife. 5. On consideration of the rival submissions and material available on record and in light of submission made on behalf of petitioners but without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioners. 6. Consequently, the bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is directed that the petitioners Laxminarayan S/o Shri Mahendra Singh and Sarjeet Singh S/o Shri Mahendra Singh, be released on bail provided each of [2026:RJ-JP:19208] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-7036/2026] them furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation that they shall appear before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing till conclusion of the trial.
