This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 r/w. Article 215 of the Constitution of India alleging non-compliance of the order dated 19.08.2025 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 4410/2025. 2. Learned counsel for the Respondent No. 1 would submit that one Kewat Matsyodyog Sahkari Samiti Maryadit has filed writ petition bearing WP (C) No. 4643/2024 in which, interim order has been passed in favour of the 2 petitioner therein and therefore, the order dated 19.08.2025 passed in WP (C) No. 4410/2025 could not be complied with. 3. He submits that as soon as the subsequent writ petition bearing WP (S) No. 4643/2024 is decided, the respondents will proceed in accordance with law to comply with the said order, subject matter of contempt. 4. The submission of counsel for the Respondents is not opposed by the counsel for petitioner. 5. In view of the facts of the case, as there is an interim order passed in WP (C) No. 4643/2024 dated 09.05.2025, I do not find it appropriate to continue with this contempt petition any further. 6. Accordingly, the contempt proceedings initiated against the respondents is dropped. Contempt petition is closed. 7. Notices issued to the respondents stands discharged. However, petitioner will be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings after decision in the case of WP (C) No. 4643/2024, if any cause of action arises thereafter.
