Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are aged persons and they were being treated for some ailment and in view of that they have not been able to surrender within the stipulated period and in view of that, he seeks two weeks further time to surrender. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent State submits that anticipatory bail was already provided to the petitioners and in spite of that, the petitioners have not surrendered within the stipulated time. 4. In view of submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, two weeks further time from today, is, hereby, extended to surrender. 5. Accordingly, the order dated 22.01.2026 passed in ABA No.334 of 2026 is, hereby, modified to the above extent. 6. Rest of the order is kept intact. 7. This petition is disposed of.
