The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court be pleased to Court to direct the respondent authorities to consider and decide the pending application of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment dated 7/7/2017 and again on 11/6/2021 (Annexure P/1). 10.2 That, any other relief which this Hon’ble court deems fit in the present facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be granted. ” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that husband of the petitioner who was working on the post of Assistant Teacher Panchayat at Government Primary School, Naya Kharve died in harness on 02.03.2017. She would contend that an application for Digitally signed by RAMESH KUMAR VATTI Date: 2026.04.24 18:09:15 +0530 2 grant of compassionate appointment was moved before the respondent on 07.07.2017 and again a reminder was sent on 11.06.2021, but till date no decision has been taken. She would submit that a direction may be issued to respondent to decide the representation / application for grant of compassionate appointment strictly in accordance with law within stipulated time. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Taking into consideration limited prayer made by Ms. Deepali Pandey, this petition, at this juncture, is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to decide the claim of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment within period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
